So, finally a personal day long awaited for and much needed, the question is..... restrain myself or enjoy the hot buffet lunch to the max.....?

    After a lovely spa day my fears for the lunch were unfounded, lots of fresh salads and poached salmon, with small baked potato. Feeling smugmqaeepcb5a0l.jpg
