Numb foot!

Hi Everyone,
I keep getting a numb left foot whilst running....its really annoying!
Basically, it starts off as a little tingly (mainly in my arch), then my foot goes completely numb...it almost feels like I'm running with a soft boiled egg in my shoe after a while!
Any advice?

Thanks for the advice....I wouldn't say my laces are tight but I will try loosening them!0

If you google something like "running shoe lacing methods" you'll find a ton of different ways to lace to help with that. I skip the criss-cross step on top of my foot because that's where I was going numb...and it makes all the difference in the world!
Also, there are elastic type laces that you don't tie that keep from being too tight because of the give in them.1 -
This happens to me, but I have terrible blood flow in my feet - had a fractured bone removed because it was deteriorating from lack of blood flow. Ick.
Hopefully, the shoe tying helps - if not you may want to get it checked out to make sure it isn't something worse. Did this just start?1 -
No its happened a couple of times and always in the same foot (left).
Once I slow down to walking pace it starts to disappear but annoying whilst running!!0 -

Just keep an eye on it. It could just be some of your shoes support/cushion pushing in the "right" spot to cause this. It could be how your foot strikes, etc. If it feels like you are having lasting pain after, a dull pain increasing, get it checked out.
