    I have a couple...

    For protein my fave is
    1 cup frozen cherries
    1/2 banana
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop protein
    2 packets stevia
    2 tablespoons hemp powder
    2 handfuls of ice

    For meal replacement
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 Banana
Fill the blender up with spinach/kale (usually around 4 cups for me)
    2 tablespoons hemp powder
    2 packets stevia
    2 handfuls of ice

    For nutrient boost
    1 scoop super greens
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 cup berries
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 tablespoons hemp powder
    2 handfuls of ice

Why do people put ice in smoothies? Doesn't it just make it thinner? I like thick smoothies :)

It makes it thick and frozen. Obviously not going to work if you plan to drink it later, but most smoothies are disgusting after a while anyway, as ingredients get separated.

My fave (and my 5 year old's fave):
    1 frozen banana
3 tbsp PB powder (we use the stuff from Costco)
1 container Chobani Simply 100 vanilla greek yogurt
    1/2 tbsp ground flax
    1/2 tbsp milled chia seeds
    1/4 cup frozen spinach
cashew milk to help it blend

    My 7 year old's fave:
    1 raw banana
1 container Chobani Simply 100 strawberry greek yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 tbsp ground flax
    1/2 tbsp milled chia seeds
    1/4 cup frozen spinach
cashew milk to help it blend

You could easily sub protein powder for the yogurt. Banana makes it creamy and using frozen fruit eliminates the need for ice.

I always have frozen fruit so I usually do about a cup of that, some milk and a splash of whatever else I have. Unsweetened cherry or orange juice goes well and a banana if I have one. They come out thick and you can get a pretty good variety of fruit to change it up, though I like mixed berries the best.
