Starting over and need someone to be accountable to...

Thank you so much in advance for reading this and for your support! I'm hoping to find a person(s) who would be willing to be an accountability partner so I feel like I have someone I have to answer to. I'm a married/no children/professional 46YO female from the North Central US restarting my weight loss journey with about 40 lbs to lose. I currently weigh 184 lbs. :-( I don't need a teacher as far as proper nutrition or the importance of exercise since I've been down this path before. It's been a rough, stressful couple of years and my health is starting to feel it. I need to make changes now before it's too late. I know what I "should" be eating and that I "should" be working out. My problem is if I don't have to answer to anyone, I don't. I don't put myself first. Plus I have serious self esteem issues (always have) so I have a hard time asking people for help. For me, if I ask for help it's evidence of my weakness. It may sound silly to you but it's the truth. Ultimately what I'd like is to find someone who would be willing to message me at least once a week to see how it's going (and won't leave me in two weeks) and who I know would be watching (and questioning) my MFP diary so I stay on track with food, water, and exercise. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you! Maggie
