Great news! The following was "in range" on blood work: Blood pressure, LDL, Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol!!!! Almost in range: Cholesterol Ratio and HDL! Blood sugar was good! I lost 6 inches on waist since same screening 2 years ago!!!! Still considered obese for BMI but she said it had come down SEVERAL points!! Stomach size still increased risk but overall she was pleased and so am I!!!!
