I may have found the most frustrating weight loss amount: -99.8 lbs.
On the bright side, only 75.2 to go!

i had the opposite honestly i had a panic attack lol, Realized its been almost a year now and im within 10 pounds of my ending weight loss and startng recomp. Suddenly felt 235 pounds again and like it was all a cruel dream and panicked lol. I've come to rely on my weight loss and the math and equations to run my life and focus my anxiety on something i can control for a year now it works wonders but holy *kitten* did hitting 100 lost throw me off i sat down and cried LOL
But yes it feels much beter as im begining to accept it >.> will be a while lol
