low calorie snack

i came up with this tasty snack a few weeks ago and it tasted pretty good and its low calorie so it can fit into the calorie need easy. all you need is one yoplait Greek 100 Protein yogurt (any flavor) and one quaker rice cake ( you can use lightly salted or one of the flavored ones like apple cinnamon or caramel) place some of the yogurt on and enjoy, super easy to make and tasty and only 135 calories (if you use the plain rice cake) with 15 to 16 grams of protein (depending on which yogurt you choose) 19 grams of carbs and only 7 grams of sugar. if you choose one of the flavored rice cakes you will get 150 calories with 15 to 16 grams of protein with 23 grams of carbs and only 8 grams of sugar. super easy and tasty snack and their is lots of ways to make it even cooler. let me know if you try this and what you think of it. (if you want the best taste then i recommend using a flavored rice cake, apple cinnamon is really good)

I like to play with my food and snacks are the best. My favorite is celery and Laughing cow. No dipping, use a knife to cut and fill the celery, so much fun and really low calorie snack.1
