Saxenda day 2 Fatigue

I am on day 3 and I am so tired. I don't notice an appetite change does it take a while to get in your system for this to work? Anyone else have any advice?

From what I have read it can take up to 5 weeks to reach the effective/maximum dose, but as the dose increases each week I would think you would feel some impact.
