Hi All! I am new to this website and I can't say enough about it. What a wonderful tool. I recently started the Belly Fat Cure plan by Jorge Cruise, and this compliments the program and helps keep me on track. Thank you Mike!!

    I totally agree... I have been using this for the first time and what a difference knowing everything that is coming in and what I am burning... Love it so far!
