Ok... I track everything. I weigh my food. I stick to my calories and according to mfp eat all 1300 of my regular calories and about half of what I burn (25-30000'sreps per day including a run three days per week and cycling a few times per week).
So I'm almost down 100 pounds using weight watchers but haven't been able to lose the last 10 so decided to come over here and analyze calories and quality of my food. And I gained. Only 1.4 but I have maintained within 2 pounds for almost 5 months so a gain is alarming.
Thoughts?

Weight loss is non linear and there will be days and weeks of up and down. So track for a month and you can adjust as necessary. The last 10 lbs are extremely hard because you have to be extra vigilant of how much you eat.
ETA: if you have been actively losing weight for a long time, I'd also consider a diet break where you increase calories for a few weeks to around maintenance and then come back with a smaller deficit.0
