I've been on here for months now, thought maybe it was time I said hello and introduced myself! I'm 31 and single from St Louis, MO. I'm an Office Manager, part-time missionary and very part-time spa consultant. I'm a Christian and totally devoted to my Lord. I battle PCOS and MS, both of which led to a recent rough battle with depression. I'm tired of being this young and on a lot of meds! My goal is to be healthier at 60 than I was at 30 :) Possible? We'll see... I've lost almost 30 pounds so far, about 40 to go totally, but I've learned to celebrate the little victories. I count calories and try to stay active. Active usually just means simply cleaning the house, but it works. I did a walking 5k in April and plan to do a 10k in October. I can't walk too much outside this time of year, heat and MS do not mix! Just got a treadmill from my aunt and going to start using it tonight!! Nice to meet you!

Blessings everyone!!

    Hi Tammy!!

Congrats on what you've already lost!

Like you, I have PCOS and MS...and, a few other things. I can totally relate to the heat not mixing well with us. That's why I do the stationary bike, treadmill and finally, getting into the Wii. I crank up the AC, turn on the ceiling fans and aim the box fans at me. Sure gets windy, but I don't get to the point of passing out. haha

Best of luck and feel free to add me if you want. :)
