20 lbs down!!

Need to brag :) In March I sent a goal to loose 40 lbs by November and I am half way there! I had not done a weigh in a few weeks and was supper excited to see that I was down 20 lbs!!!

It took a bit of trial and error but I discovered a routine that worked for me. I track my food, work out and walk everyday. My workouts include strength training, zumba, softball, Slim in 6 & 30 day shred. I plan to amp it up this week and do a couple days of double workouts.
