Hi everyone. My name is Mayra and I just downloaded my fitness pal on my phone and I am on a 1200 calorie diet. I want to start low carb just because I am addicted to processed carbs such as cakes, sodas, milk shakes and fast food. I am 36 years old and 5"1 & 190 lbs which is way way way too much weight. I have a little daughter who needs me & I want to get healthy with a goal weight of 120lbs. I think with motivation, and keeping up with diet and excersise it can be done. So my goal is to workout at least 6x a week doing workout videos and spinning classes.

    Hi Mayra! I'm Sara. I have 3 little kiddos, ages 3, 5, and 7. I'm 32. I'm 5'3" and have gone from 244 to 165. My goal is 130. Let's do this together.
