A few years ago I used this website to lose a bunch of weight. Slowly it's been creeping up on me and I need to start the process again. So, hello! I'm currently north of 190 and would like to get to 135-140 for my 5'7" frame. I would love some suggestions on a couple of things:

*Filling foods that are low-cal and not too complicated to make (bonus points if I don't have to cook anything! I'm also vegetarian, by the way.)
*Exercise routines for someone who HATES exercising.

Thanks for any tips!
Sheila

Hello Shelia, I'm 5'8" and looking to get to around 140. I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I promise not to post pics of my latest batch of deer jerky. Add me if you like :)
  • Sometimes the best kind of exercising is the kind that you don't, "have to do." Example: Gym membership versus walking to work. Taking stairs instead of elevator. Yardening, etc.
