Returning to counting calories

A few years ago I used this website to lose a bunch of weight. Slowly it's been creeping up on me and I need to start the process again. So, hello! I'm currently north of 190 and would like to get to 135-140 for my 5'7" frame. I would love some suggestions on a couple of things:
*Filling foods that are low-cal and not too complicated to make (bonus points if I don't have to cook anything! I'm also vegetarian, by the way.)
*Exercise routines for someone who HATES exercising.
Thanks for any tips!
Sheila

Hello Shelia, I'm 5'8" and looking to get to around 140. I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I promise not to post pics of my latest batch of deer jerky. Add me if you like0

Sometimes the best kind of exercising is the kind that you don't, "have to do." Example: Gym membership versus walking to work. Taking stairs instead of elevator. Yardening, etc.0
