I don't really know what we're talking about either, but I'm thinking of resistance bands on a treadmill creating an awesome human slingshot.1

You can use resistance bands to make pushups harder. Whether you want to or not depends on your goals.0

I resist using running machines but I'm guessing that's not what you mean.....
Treadmills usually use incline not resistance to increase the effort.1 -
The Machine I'm using I think it's called cross trainer0
