How do I make the steps I walk into my exercise so I can eat more

    It depends how you've set your activity level on MFP. If you set it to not active, all of your steps will count.

    If you're set to sedentary, your activity level is going to include about 3,000 steps...

    If it were me, I'd just go out for a deliberate walk and log exercise by the miles, not the steps.

    Be aware, when you do this....your calorie allotment will decrease, obviously.

    Whatever step tracker you use needs to be able to sync with MFP like Fitbit, Nike Run etc. Not sure what app you're using.

    An activity tracker that "syncs" with MFP will compare your stated activity level against your actual activity. Then you would get credit for the DIFFERENCE.

    Look in the APPS menu above......there are several that sync.

    If you end up with something manual, you might change your activity level instead.

    I take about 15,000 steps which my watch says is 6 miles I still have mfp set as sedentary ( I am an office worker and spend 7 hrs at a desk) cause there not 100% accurate i log whatever calories my watch says i burned 500-700cal and try to eat half back but most the time im not even hungry so theres no need to (im set at 1320)

    Map My Fitness will sync with MFP. That should work.
