If I do these exercises 2 times a week (tuesday and thursday), how much time for a 6pack?

So I'm pretty skinny, I just have a little fat on my stomach, I'm 19 years old and I haven't trained any of my muscles in years. Here are the exercises: 3 times 8 crunches, then 8 crunches to my left leg and 8 to my right, repeat that 3 times. Then planking: 10 seconds, 15 seconds and 20 seconds. After that, planking 10, 15 and 20 seconds but I push myself up to pushup stance. After that some cycling while leaning backwards (sitting on the floor), also 10 15 and 20 seconds. After that the same periods of time but I move my legs over each other and back instead of cycling.
What I eat: I don't eat very healthy, but also not that unhealthy I think. 2 to 4 slices of bread with cheese at about 3/4 PM (that's like my breakfast cause I wake up at like 2 am) with usually some fruit drink or cola, depends if I have cola. After that I eat dinner at 6/7 PM which (usually) consists of a hamburger, broccoli or like carrots or some other vegetables, and potatoes (I don't eat very much dinner) and I drink milk with that. Then around 1 am I usually get some snacks like chips and some more cola (or fruit drinks, really depends if it's in the fridge or not). And I go to McDonald's like once a month.
I'm not planning on changing my eating or sleeping schedule... Just adding this in there lol

Adding crunches, planks, and air cycling may not be enough to get your abs visible.0

Honestly it has nothing to do with ab training. Don't get me wrong it is definitely important to have a strong core. And you can thicken it. But lowering your body fat by eating at a caloric deficit is the only way to really get them. They're there you just gotta get rid of the fat around them. You want get to a sub 10%body fat as a guy1

Ab training doesn't create a 6 pack. Low body fat does. And that has more to do with your calorie consumption and calorie expenditure, not how many exercises you do for abs.
Lots of teenage boys have abs. Not from exercise, but because they have low body fat.

Any time one starts a question about building a 6-pack and ends the question with lol, I rofl. You can't possibly be serious. Here's what you must do to get your 6-pack:
Achieve a body fat percentage below 10%.
The lower below 10%, the more pronounced the 6-pack.
I told you that you weren't serious.0 -
I saw this yesterday in an email from Mike Mathews who promotes his business. You might find it cute.1 -
