Help! What's the name of the song that plays in a MyFitnessPal ad?

Here are some of the lyrics...

It's a young guy singing with a guitar. It's a little slow paced. I've searched google over and over, and my friend tried Shazam. She's the one who actually trying to get the name of the song.
