Hi everyone!
I am a skinny young adult with very little fat around my arms but a little bit on my stomach. I want to try and bulk up a bit. Any ideas how I can. I don't want to eat unhealthy stuff.

Find out how many calories you burn in a day, add 250 to 500 calories on to that.

Eat that number while maintaining a progressive overload lifting routine.

It will be harder to eat a lot of calories just eating 'healthy' stuff so it's totally fine to have a nice treat after you've reached your nutritional minimums for the day.

Eat in a surplus is the easiest answer. If you want to gain as much muscle as you can while gaining weight, add a progressive lifting program and keep your protein high (~1 g/lb lean mass)

Just eat more in general and lift often. I started out with zero muscle mass when I started lifting and my lifting buddies had me eat more than normal and I literally gained 20 pounds of muscle from doing so.
