I started this in 2014 and never did nothing with it I heard great success stories using this site but did not follow through with it for myself! I need to kick my own butt in gear back on the wagon and find the healthier me I know she is in there under this weight I am carrying lol and I know I have the strength to do it! Heck I am not even interested the those silly unicorn frapps sooo why cant I get in gear??? lol before I would been the first inline for one! So first goal 30 pounds down reach that I will be happy camper ! please help kick my butt in gear lol

There is no wagon! If you have bad and you're over your calorie for the day, log it and do better tomorrow. Don't think of this as dieting but the way you eat. The food you eat now, eat less of it. See if you shave some calories here or there.

I way below the calories they are indicating I should have but I cant eat any more lol I tried I feel horrible eating too much! not sure if not eating enough is having impact on my weight loss too0

You cannot gain weight by not eating enough, you just can't. How accurate is your calorie tracking? Do you pick the right entities from the database? Do you use a food scale to weigh everything?0

you have to be brutally honest and accurate about every single bit of food you eat. I started this in 2014 too and quit because I was going through a miserable life story. This year a friend asked for help monitoring her diet. So I have joined her and together we track calories and go to the gym. Five days in and I have lost a kilo already. Mostly fluid probably but proof that what you shove in your face lives on your hips. But a small digital scale, a set of measuring cups and use an entree size plate instead of a bigger dinner plate0

I do not weigh everything that is something I can try thanks !!! I use measuring cups most I follow and measure everything by the beach body program I use to do I just start this and this week down 2 pounds so I am satisfied with that right. But I do not want to get bored or lose motivation and give up I need to lose this weight and become healthier thank you ! For some great tips ! Out for a scale tomorrow0
