Hi babes!!
I really want to start weight training, but I have no idea where to start or what to do. I currently work two jobs with super wonky hours so I cant hire a personal trainer right now.
I like my curves, so I don't want to lose them with this weight loss. Eventually getting a brazilian butt lift and a breast augmentation as well.. Totally aware instabaddie bodies arent all manmade... Howeeeeeveeeeerrrr, I do want to get as close to it naturally as humanly possible. Any suggestions on girls to follow on youtube or insta that give walkthroughs of workouts???

Choose one of the beginner programs, start slowly to avoid crippling muscle soreness (DOMS) and get your form right to avoid injuries. It doesn't happen overnight, it takes a lot of time, sweat and effort, but the results are definitely worth it.1
