Support needed!

I've been on here for a while but without friends on it but I think I need that as my next step. Originally a few years back I lost about 30lbs and never put on any until this year as last year my mum passed away and I have put on about 50% of the weight through trouble with binge eating that has turned into a really bad habit. I'm slowly making progress back into fitness but still struggling to get back to eating healthy like I was. I never wanted to come back to counting calories but I feel like I need to to understand how much I am eating and to get back to appreciating my body and feeling more like myself again and healthy. On top of this I also have 3 weddings and a meeting with old friends this year so want to look my best ever! Would be nice to have some motivation and support from people in any situation and story!
