What Jillian Michaels DVD/Combination of DVD's would be best?

I'm a 19 year old female, 5' 3" and 155 pounds. Would doing the 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones five days a week be a good combination?

My goal is to get down to 130 pounds.

Has anyone tried ANY Jillian Michaels DVD's? Which ones worked for you?

    I liked 30 Day Shred and Killer Abs. HATED Ripped in 30.

    I loved 30 day shred and just started Ripped in 30.

    I liked Ripped in 30 much more than 30 Day Shred. No More Trouble Zones is less cardio and more strength exercises. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is all cardio. If I had to choose just one to do, it would be Ripped in 30. If I wanted a longer workout, it would be No More Trouble Zones. Good luck!

    I liked 30 Day Shred, but I like Ripped in 30 even better. I'm not sure, but it seems like level 1 of Ripped in 30 is slightly easier than 30 Day Shred...or at least not as high impact. It's kind of hard to tell if it is really not quite as hard or I'm just in better shape. I'd pick one of those to start with to see if you like her style because they are pretty inexpensive....I got them through Amazon streaming.
