Trying to tone my body after two months I have lost 1 stone which I wanted. But now want to tone my body any help

Just started lifting weight and doing core work out. And using her better protein shakes for lean muscle hopefully this will work for me0

"Toning" your body is to lose fat and reveal muscle. If you're done losing fat, lift heavy in maintenance for body composition changes...that is to lose a little fat and gain a little muscle. Your exercise selection, frequency, and progressive overload will be important as well as your calorie and protein intake.1

Lift weights & eat in a slight deficit which will reduce your bodyfat and will reveal your muscular definition. If that's you in your profile picture it looks like you have a reasonable amount of lean mass under the fat.1
