Since I am trying to maintain my body weight (170lbs, 6"2, about 12 to 14 bodyfat) i was wondering what the most appropriate macro split would look like. I prefer eating high volume foods, so a huge ammount of fat doesnt do the trick for me. I am also constantly hungry. But I do know that a certain amount of dietary fat is important for hormones.
My current macros are 220carbs 75fats 200proteins...

I've never heard of a macro split or doing anything with nutrition to increase testosterone levels. If you were wanting to increase your testosterone, first and foremost you would need to get blood work done to see where your levels are. Secondly, the only real way to increase testosterone levels is through synthetic supplementation or therapy or a combination of drugs/medications such as testosterone in of itself. Not to be snide, but there's just no such thing as being able to raise your testosterone levels through nutrition.1
