Hey friends! I'm new to mfp. My fitness journey started about a year and half ago when I decided to eliminate meat from my diet. I feel amazing and recently added seafood. My goal is now to build muscle and tone! I'm so excited to see results! Feel free to add me!

    Hi, I'm juat getting back on this app and trying to get healthy again...I was thinking about eliminating meat from my diet as well...how has it been for you tgus far?
