rice con scampi
Hey guys, today I had lust for some shrimps and put together "rice con scampi" and wanted to share that with you 
618kcal, 79g carbs, 10g fat, 50g proteins
I used 200g rice, 150g shrimps (pre-cooked), 125g zucchini, 150g sweet pepper, 100ml tomato sauce, 60g onion, 40g ham and 6g coconut fat
Cooked the rice normal, chopped the ingredients and cooked everything with the tomato sauce and some salt and pepper. What do you think about?
