4-24 - 220.8 - it's odd to be getting on the scale every day
4-25 - 221.8 - not sure if I like the daily weight fluctuations, staying honest so it should pan out.
4-26 - 220 - going in the right direction just taking the scenic route

my goal over this round is not to have any drinks over the weekend ! I thought I did well, but the scale told me a different tale and I lost many days of weight loss. I was surprised actually but took it as a lesson learned.1 -

4-23 171lbs (I was 170.4 yesterday...had a couple of adult bevies so holding a bit of water weight I think)
4-24 170.6lbs (now to get the last of the weekend bloat off, lots of water and a good hike with the dog should do it)
