What do you add to your instant ramen?

We all know that instant ramen is not health food but adding to it protein & veggies it becomes a very filling dish. I add 1 cup cooked shredded chicken, celery, green beans, cilantro & green onions. I would love to hear what you put in your ramen.

Broccoli, onion, egg, peas, carrots and some protein like meatballs or chicken(Costco rotisserie chicken is great).

Ramen is my favorite easy button meal.

A large handful of frozen stir fry veggies and a poached egg is my go-to.

Sometimes I add 2 eggs (one whole one white) scrambled and it makes a blasphemous Italian wedding soup lol

Last night I added a bag of Tostitos. Ramen was the first stage in a carb crash.

Egg and frozen mixed veggies. Topped with a good sprinkle of Shichimi Togarashi and some pickled ginger.

I add whatever is lying around in the frig, freezer or pantry.

Leftover steak or pork chops, tofu, frozen cooked shrimp, frozen salmon, tilapia and/or peas, hard boiled or raw eggs, fresh veggies in the bin, canned corn or green beans -- whatever is easiest to add to the pot.

These are some really good ideas! I add a cup of frozen veg (the pea, carrot, corn, green bean blend) and 6-8 frozen potstickers. Keeps me full for awhile.

I make my ramen super thick (almost no broth) and then add nutritional yeast and cayenne pepper on top.

My dd likes it when I cook her ramen and then break an egg into it. I cover the pot and let it cook a few minutes on low until the white is just cooked.
I usually just add frozen peas to mine.

    I eat them almost daily.

Today I added onions, spring onions, mushrooms, chilli, garlic, soy sauce, cabbage. Served a piece of smoked fish on the top. Nutritious, filling and under 500 calories.

The flavouring packet it comes with.

This. I don't add anything to it, but I'll have some raw vegetable with it.

I've done peas and radishes. Should try with an egg - adding protein would help.

Ooh! Peruvian yellow pepper paste. Be careful. That stuff is lethal.

Peanut butter, white miso, and broccoli usually. Some kimchi and tofu if I have it.
