Body reacting to protein (shake) unexpected?

And Im back again asking!
So after considering switching my lunch buttermilk for protein shakes, I bought some vanilla powder ... and I just went 100% dumbo yesterday.
Looking at my food diary you can see the stats for the specific powder (berglöwe). Basically bought it yesterday and had a shake for lunch with 20g which was totally fine. Then I napped in the afternoon and was really grumpy when I woke up in the evening (cause I forgot to buy salad and some personal stuff) so I decided "hey Im super tired lets mix up double the recommended single shake portion and have at it" (thatd be the 60g and 500ml almond milk). And well I didnt manage even half of it and felt like I was gonna burst. That feeling lasted for at least 4 hours and this morning I still felt "full". (my weight this morning was also up by 1kg which itself doesnt bother me too much).
Im just curious as to what happened with my body yesterday. I didnt have any other food out of the ordinary, drank almost the same amount of liquids but it seems like either that shake just destroyed me or I did something wrong.
(TMI: yes there was gas and I felt bloated, just passed TOM)
Any ideas? Too much at once or maybe my body not handling cows whey well (seems to be quite frequent)?
Anyone had an experience like that and judging from "online articles", should I consult my doctor about this?
Cheers guys
