how many calories do you burn at the gym a day?

I don't have a calorie goal. I aim for 20-30 minutes of cardio and same of some strength in the morning, and then I'll either run or walk on the treadmill in the evening if it's not a night I have roller derby practice. On an easy day I might burn 250, on a day where I go long or hard I've got 600 and everywhere up to that.0
