Has anyone noticed that after being on a lower calorie diet (for me, compared to when I started on MFP) for a while, you start to feel like you are eating a lot but are still well within your calorie limit?? I feel like I've eaten so much today, but my cals equal to about 1,300 ( 700 below the goal)!!! I'm super mega happy about this (especially b/c I LOVED everything I ate today yum yum yum), but I'm just wondering if this is what has happened to others? Also, I forgot how FUN exercise is! I used to be an exercise freak, kinda gave up on it for a year and now I am happily freaky again  Anyone feel the same?

    Yes! Yes! Yes!

Especially when I cook all the meals I eat. I feel like I have eaten SOOOOO MUCH, almost to the point where I start second guessing myself and feeling guilty. But, I have logged everything, even if I slip up and have a pinch or bite of something while cooking!

    Good luck with your goals!

Yep. I find myself eating like crazy but still coming out with a low calorie meal. For example, tonight I had pasta but I only had 1/2 of the recommended serving (a serving was way too large) and 3/4 of my meal was simple sauteed zucchini. I am still full 2 hours later because it was so much zucchini but for so little calories :).

Thanks so much! I feel like everything I ate today was "whole" if that makes sense. I felt guilty too, but then I'm like WAIT! I haven't even done anything! LOL Thanks for the insight! :flowerforyou:

Another thing that helps is try to have everything in your house guilt free plenty of fruits and veggies ! limit meats hope this bit helps anyone. O and a bit cinamon gets u metabolism moving and feels u up longer . I also love green tea its great to add in your daily water intake! good luck everyone :)!

How weird that you posted this tonight because I was just thinking this a while ago. I have been noticing more and more that I am just not hungry and have calories left. I will look at the calories that I have consumed and it's not bad. It really is a good feeling, isn't it?

You've had your "ah-ha" moment as I like to call it. :)

This is what a healthy lifestyle is, not a 'diet' anymore. Congrats and keep it up!
