Skinny part 2- setting up a work out plsn

If you have seen my skinny post. I am quite skinny and I was wondering how I go about creating a work out plan or if there are any apps you would suggest?

When I got back into training I began with Stronglifts 5 x 5. It is a very basic program, just the major lifts, but it has a nifty app that tracks your progress. It's not perfect or even the bets beginner program but I used it for about 2 months, got used to the lifting motions again, and gained a few pounds before moving on to a more advanced program.
Really though as a skinny guy the diet is just, if not more important, than whatever program you decide to start with!0
