I NEED Support!

My name is Abigail, I'm a 21 year old college student going into my senior year. My first two years of college I managed to lose about 60 lbs by eating right and going to the gym almost every day. Since then, I let school, work, and play become an excuse to eat whatever and not have time to make it to the gym. I've gained about 15 lbs back and feel horrible about it. My boyfriend is that guy who wants to lose weight but then eats two pizzas by himself so he isn't very much support and my friends and I have such crazy schedules that we rarely get together in healthy ways. I really need some support and tips to get back on the healthy bus and reach a goal weight of under 200 lbs.
Please Help!

As far as Boyfriend? You just have to take control and say I don't want food like that. I want. I want .....
As for working out? Just walking does wonders...
Good Luck on your Senior year..0
