Rededicating myself ... after packing on 8 lbs and losing my abs over the winter it's time to rededicate and redefine the Dad Bod

    My boyfriend has one too. He's gained about 15 pounds In The year and a half we have been together. I love it but he on the other hand thinks he is fat. I'd rather him be more change though and be more confident.
    But anyways good luck on getting back to your "not dad" bod! You got this!!

    Same here although my gain was about 30 pounds. Need to lose the dad Bod
