Hi ladies and gents!
I'm a student nurse, 25 years of age and starting my journey into fitness!
It felt wrong to be giving out advice I myself wasn't taking so here I am.
Silly childhood choices and an injury, 115kg with the ultimate goal of 85-90kg
I've recently started Crossfit twice a week and I do yoga once a week!
Between my FitBit and MyFitnessPal I aim to track my journey and meet all you lovely people
