Hi, so I want to reduce my body fat percentage by 4-5% i'm currently eating at around 1800 calories (eating back cardio calories, but not lifting) and lifting heavy following new rules of lifitng for women (final stage starts tomorrow and will take about 4 weeks I think) so I heard i would have to lose probably around 9 lbs to do this. So, my question is, should i lower my calories? change my macros? (right now they are 180 g carbs, 60 g fat, 135 protein) and I usually hit them pretty well with a 40% 30% 30% ratio. I try to get carbs and fats from healthier natural things like brown rice, sweet potatos and starchy veggies and bananas for carbs and for fats nuts, natural nut butters, and avocados and the fats occuring in meats. And protein I try to use lean meats (a lot of chicken, turkey, lobster, mussles, and bison). I also drink about a gallon of water a day. Should i increase cardio, decrease cardio, eat less fat, eat less carbs, eat more/less overall? I'm also considering starting creatine (without the loading phase) tomorrow when I start the last stage of NROL. please help! and my diary is open (a couple days over the weekend I didn't log very well and didn't eat very well so don't go off those for my general eating, it was just cause some friends were up and we went a little crazy for a couple days not a normal weekend occurance. Thanks! also feel free to PM me.

I'd start by eating back only 1/2 your cardio calories for 3-4 weeks and see what happens. If needed, don't eat any back and stick to the 1800.

Keep your calories as high as possible. I say stop eating back your calories. When you hit a plateau throw in some cardio. If you start weight training I would decrease your fat intake and up your carb intake while keeping your caloric goal the same. Easy enough.
