Stress at work and personal life HELP

I've noticed since things have changed at work my stress level has gone way up. And I know that eating is an emotional thing that I should definitely not be doing I can't seem to stop myself. And then to top it all off my little sister was only 17was diagnosed with cancer the beginning of this year.

It's been so stressful and I'm starting to think that I am forgetting about taking care of me and I've no idea where to start I'm at a complete loss. :'(

    Take a deep breath and try to remember that if you don't take care of yourself first you will not be able to help others or
    Relieve your own stresses. You must put yourself and your health first and foremost and that means watching what you
    are ingesting.

    Do you have any holidays that you can book? If so, I strongly recommend taking a short break, even if it's 1 week. Take 1 step at a time, if you don't take care of yourself then you would need someone to help you. Your sister is going through a difficult time, and you need to be there for her. If you break due to stress and all then that won't be any good.

    However bad you think things are ... They're a million times worse for your sister. Take care of yourself so that you can take care of her x
