Hi
I'm trying to do keto. It's been 9 days and I've lost 10lbs so I'm trying to stick with it.
Having problems creating recipes. MFP won't give me the correct amounts I need to use and I can't do the $&@?! math.

Thank you but that's probably the most confusing thing I've seen so far :'(
I'm trying to form a recipe and figure out the nutrients.

Do not waste your money on the "recipe builder" app. Bought it. It's no help. It's advertised as saying it will give you the nutrients of the recipes you put in. And it does not.

Divide the amount of food you're putting into your recipe by the serving amount in the entry you're using for your recipe.

E.g., serving amount is 1 Tbsp (14 g.) oil. You used 5 1/2 Tbsp. (77 g) oil. Divide 1 by 5.5 or 14 by 77. Answer is .18 (or .182 if you'd like more digits). You phone or computer should have a calculator app.
