I started my journey at 175 size 22 two years ago. I'm a size 5 and 125lbs, I'm now trying to get in more protein.
Learn to meal prep, Maintain my weight and build muscle which doesn't exist yet. I'm a daycare provider usually of
six 2 year old's in the daytime. I'm a Mom of 5 children. Two oldest. son and daughter grown and on their own. My other son had Autism he graduates high school next year. I have 2 daughters AA we adopted from foster care 6 years ago. They are now 8 and 10. I love to work on my yard, My children are my life, Now I need to focus on me and balance the rest. I gave up soda also I don't drink my calories wine etc. I don't smoke either boring right. I walk a few times a week but need more. Look forward to people watch on here he he.
