HCG 2.0 and Ketogenic

I've done Atkins Low Carbing since 1997 by the RX of my Gastronologist's and close monitoring.
In between, I introduced HCG RX and lost 40lbs, went back to VLCD hitting lots of plateaus. I decided to try Keto (higher fats) in Feb 2017. Lost small amount and had difficulty staying in ketosis with yet another plateau, so I'm re-introducing as an added tool the HCG 2.0 (not the normal HCG protocol) for 21days with homeopathic drops. LC switching the high fat to higher protein and using the HCG 2.0 BMR Calculator.
I'm back in ketosis and back on track. After 21days I will continue Keto.
Please share your experience.

Very Low Calorie Diets are the reason that many people yo-yo diet due to lean mass loss and it not being a sustainable dieting method. The only reason the HCG diet "works" is because it is a VLCD, it has nothing to do with the drops at all.5
