Looking for friends with PCOS who are reaching their goals

Due to the fact that my mom, aunt and daughter have all been diagnosed with PCOS, I suspect I may have it too. Yet, every doctor I see refuses to test or attempt to treat me. The only blood work I can get done is A1C and cholesterol. It seems that no doctor in my area can see past my weight. I even had a doctor nearly cause me to lose a kidney by misdiagnosing a kidney infection as strain on my back from weight.
So I guess I'm just looking for friends with PCOS who are successful with their weight loss, so I can see what works for them.
