That moment you are doing great. Until the weekend comes and boom!! Everything you worked for is all gone. How do I stop? I want to be motivated on weekends.

    I am exactly the same way! I eat so good through the week and stay on top of exercise and then on the weekends I binge and get lazy. Ugh!

    plan better? For example if you are going out to dinner have a snack before you go so you dont get starving and inhale your food.
    If you are going out for drinks then hit the gym during the day so you have extra calories and then limit your drinks.

    One of my favorite tricks is that anytime the server fills my water glass I drink it immediately. It fills me up with water (yes, I end up having to pee a lot!) and keeps me from filling up on calories.
