GRRR... STICKING WITH IT

think ive hit a plateau or however you spell it grr... anyone got any good tips on how to get past it..??? ive upped my routine...changed my calories...just gotta stick with it and kick it up i guess...grrr

    Are you doing interval training? I have heard that it really helps with plateaus. It is a system where you go hard and fast (hard and fast varies for everyone) for a period of time, then go slower for another shorter period of time. You keep alternating between hard and fast and slow and steady until you've done a good 30-40 minutes, maybe longer but I stick w/ 30 or 40. You can probably find real programs online if you google it. Don't give up!!!!!

    yes i have tried that for the past two and a half weeks... :( ... sprint for 30 seconds then walk for 30 seconds... repeat for forty five minutes... grrr...lol...thanks for the suggestion though...
