Multiply what you lost by 100.
Did you weigh that or more before losing it?
If you did, it was probably ok.
If you didn't, it was probably a sub-optimal loss, depending on your priorities, of course.

Is losing more than 2lbs per week with 1000 calories per day unhealthy? Not entertaining this....You know the answer.

You should be fine. I'd start shopping for wigs and spanx tho. Keep your eyes peeled for Botox specials too

OP starts a thread in which people tell her to eat more than 1000 calories or weight loss will be unhealthy.

OP doesnt like advice given so starts another thread. :s

The reasons for your rapid weight loss were explained in that thread OP - you are eating far too little and it is not healthy.
Not sure what you expect to be said differently in this thread :o

Maybe she's just bragging, trying to stomp her foot on us mere mortal who can't lose 10+ a week.

Ah yes - could be humble-brag gone wrong ;)

OP, you posted this already, and got the same answers. under eating is as unhealthy as over eating.
