See those spikes on my graph? Now see that rate loss of 0.9 pounds per week at the bottom? My MFP is set for 1 pound per week. That's why I don't sweat the gains.
Now, if you're not seeing a downward trend it may be time for some critical review of your methods. Logging, database entries, method of measuring (scale vs measuring cups vs eyeballing), etc.
