Eat whatever food you find delicious, including a variety of fruit and veg, in a calorie deficit. Simple as that!

Figuring out your meal planning is a journey of self discovery, we can't tell you what you'll find "healthy and delicious". Maybe read through the diaries of your MFP friends, find what interests you, and give it a try.

You'll also find that most things can be prepared in batch mode ahead of time and portioned out in the fridge. This really cuts down on the work. My core breakfast is steel cut oats which I make ahead so I just have to microwave it and add eggs, kimchi etc to make it yummy. Some people even cook their eggs ahead of time by mixing everything up and cooking in muffin trays.
