How accurate is calorie goal in MFP

The calorie goal in MFP is always much lower than Fitbit or other programs. It also seems very low (1290).

Fitbit and most other calculators give you your TDEE, what you burn throughout the entire day. MFP gives you your NEAT, which is all the calories you burn EXCLUDING exercise. This is why when you work out or connect your Fitbit, you're expected to eat back those calories.

MFP gave you 1290 Plus exercise calories. Most other sites include the exercise calories. And as mentioned above the goal MFP gave you is based on what info you provided.
