Cals to Burn

I am trying to figure out how many calories i should be burning a day to be losing about 2 lbs a week. I am already cutting back the calories that I'm eating during the day. How do i calculate about what i should be burning in a day to keep on track with my goal?

    If you set your goal to 2 pounds a week*, you'll already burn enough to lose that every day if your stats are accurate.

    *-unless you are set to 1200 calories, then most likely 2 pounds a week is too aggressive for you

    Very seldom do i actually every eat the 1,200cals a day that it tell me.

    You should be eating 1200 no matter what. What are your stats?
