Hi all! I have been on my fit pal for a while; but fell off the bandwagon so here I am again. My doctor recommended me start using this. To start I'd like to lose 20 lbs short term, but my long term goal is 100 lbs. I'm very luckily that I have a muscular build, but I'm finding it hard to stay on track with my eating. I want to work on my diet before I move on to exercise. I think if I start slow I am more likely to keep going. I would like to work up to being a pescatarian because it's easier to avoid things like McDonalds and other bad food if you just don't eat meat since they don't have many vegetarian options. Eventually, I'd like to go fully vegetarian, but don't feel that that is an option at this time. If you're interested in doing this weight loss challenge with me feel free to add me as a friend. The few people I actually know in person as friends kinda fell off the bandwagon as well, so new motivation would be appreciated.
